Reason for payment: This secures your booking and covers any damage that may happen to your room during your stay at Nido. This will be refunded within 30 days of check-out providing there are neither damages nor any outstanding fees.
When booking a room for the new academic year, you will be required to pay a £300 reservations fee/damage deposit upon making your reservation. You will then have the choice to pay everything upfront, in two instalments or four installments. When choosing two instalments, the full accommodation fee for your stay will be divided into two separate amounts, one due 8 weeks prior the contract start date and the second one in January. When choosing four instalments, the full accommodation fee will be divided as so: 10% due in July, 40% due in September, 40% due in January and the final 10% in April. Your contract will include all payment plan dates and details. If the booking is made after 14th July then payment will be due 4 weeks prior to contract start. The contract start date for the 2018/19 academic year is the 8th September 2018 and you can check in at any time on this date or at a later date if you wish.
We accept the following payment types: Domestic UK debit, International (non-UK) debit cards, credit cards and American Express cards.
Bank transfers: Bank transfers can take approximately 3 to 5 business days to clear into our bank account, so please check with your bank. Should you encounter any problems with payments or would like to check your payments, please contact our finance team on +44 (0)207 1000 100.
