A Modern Thanksgiving: Cooking Course

Former Nido Collection resident and Le Cordon Bleu gourmet chef, Andrea Zagatti showed us how to put a modern spin on the traditional Thanksgiving meal. We learned to create 3 scrumptious dishes which are perfect for a big gathering or a quiet night in.
